How it works:

BLUEPRINT 14: LIVE DECK.
The ship just grew a room: Live Deck (top nav). Not a broadcast to the world \u2014 a small Skype-style video call for a few voices, embedded right in the page.
How it works:
- The call runs on a free Jitsi room \u2014 camera and mic in the page, no accounts, no new bills, no streaming servers.
- Command sets the room as jitsi:RoomName in Admin \u2192 Content and flips the ON AIR switch. The nav lights up with a pulsing red LIVE badge.
- The fleet opens the Live Deck, allows camera & mic, and talks \u2014 face to face, a handful at a time.
- Prefer a one-way show? The same switch takes youtube:CHANNEL_ID or twitch:channelname and the deck becomes a broadcast stage.
- Room closes, switch flips off, the deck goes quiet until next time.
