BLUEPRINT 15: A SMALL CALL, NOT A BROADCAST.
The Live Deck is not a stage for the world — it is a small table for a few voices, Skype-style: a video call room embedded right in the page, camera and mic included, free, no accounts, no new bills.
How the room works:
Thirteen chairs, one small call. When the captain opens the room, the fleet talks — face to face.

- Command sets the room in Admin → Content as jitsi:RoomName and flips ON AIR. The deck lights up red and the pulsing LIVE badge appears in the nav.
- Open the Live Deck while the room is open, allow camera & mic, and you are at the table — a handful of faces, talking.
- Under the call sits the live chat with exactly 13 seats: the counter reads N/13, the roster shows who is sitting with you, and seats free up ~90 seconds after someone drifts away. Seat fourteen gets an honest answer: the deck is full — you are watching.
- Prefer a one-way show instead? The same switch takes youtube:CHANNEL_ID or twitch:name and the deck becomes a broadcast stage.
